Staff in bar not very helpful, the evening meal served in bar as the resturant was closed, complained about the meal and asked to speak to manager staff said they were not there, so we had no option but to pay the bill for the food.

The hotel restaurant was closed for a private function during the evening so we were unable to get a proper meal. The cafeteria was a smokers' paradise!! Very unpleasant for us non-smokers. There was no hotel breakfast available although the cafeteria was open but full of smoking locals. Very smelly and foggy!! We did a quick 'about turn' booked out and had breakfast down the road!!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The price of our dinner in the cafe was very reasonable, and the food good. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The location is perfect if you're on a long motorway journey and want to stop off on the way, as we were, but it's not a good location for sightseeing etc.

Hotel was clean, probably 3 star instead of the 4 boasted. This hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the skydiving dropzone.
This hotel is a 100 Euro taxi fare (50mins +) from Madrid airport. Hotel staff speak limited English. The hotel is literally in the middle of no where. You certainly need a car to get to nearby Ocana or Aranjuez. The hotel serves really poor food too!

Modern hotel. Near highway. Convenient for trip. Quality / Price on average.
Despite hotel is quite new, maintenance and cleanness are not the best attributes. It is acceptable for one night, but that's it.

Room ok and clean.
Restaurant closed as others have said. The only reason for using this hotel was because it was on the way from north Spain to south Spain, but it was really hard to get off the motorway. There are no signs telling you to get off at exit 62, and you can't even see the hotel from that far away.

A good basic overnight stop going south close to the motorway
It said it had wi-fi, but we were offered a cable connection which we found strange. The receptionist had to phone up to find out what to do. We had the feeling we were not expected.

On arriving at the hotel,it was hard to find,no one there, room was so hot,no one switched aircon on,no restuarant, only reception, handed a key, room had dead flys on the bed,so no one had been to the room to prepare for new guests, also they charged 25 euros for the dog, reception said if you dont pay we will call the police,so please be aware, that take pets, but must....pay on top of your room rate,so v expensive, never again.

The rooms were big and the bathroom were clean.
It's hard to reach off of A-4, there are no other facilities near the hotel, the restaurant isn't open, there was no staff to be found after we checked in and for the price the customer should get a lot more!

It was a ok hotel, but at night very difficult to find! As a overnight hotel it was ok and I would recommanded for our friends, but only in the summer.!
The restaurant was closed for the winter ( we stayed 2 nights in october) and in the cafeteria there were only served sandwich! At breakfast we get sandwich! And some sweet bread! And payed 7 euro + vat 8%.
